Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. The company details are correct and everything this page says about how the system handles data was written against the running code and verified against it. That is not the same as legal sufficiency — Kef collects passports, Teudat Zehut and children’s identifiers, which the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the GDPR both treat as sensitive. Have a lawyer read this page, then delete this block.

Terms of use

These terms cover this website. They do not change your moving contract with Kef International — if the two ever disagree, your signed service agreement wins.

Last updated 3 September 2026.

What this site is for

It shows you where your shipment is and lets you send us the documents Israeli Customs needs, instead of emailing them back and forth. It is provided as part of your move, at no extra cost.

Signing in

You sign in with the email address on your shipment file. We email you a link that works once, for twenty minutes.

Anyone who can read that mailbox can see your shipment, including the documents you have sent us. Please treat access to your email as you would a password, and tell us at info@kefintl.com straight away if you think someone else has got in. We can end every active session immediately.

If a second email address is on your file — usually a spouse — that person can sign in and see the same shipment. Israeli Customs needs documents from both spouses, so this is intended. Tell us if it should not apply to you.

The documents you send us

By uploading a document you confirm that:

Please send only what the checklist asks for. Documents we did not ask for still end up in your file, and we would rather not hold what we do not need.

You may send photographs (JPG, PNG, HEIC) or PDFs, up to 12 MB each. Do not attempt to upload anything else, or to interfere with the site.

What we show you

Dates, vessels and container details come from our customer system and from the shipping line, and they change — an estimated arrival date is an estimate. Ships are delayed, ports are congested, and customs inspections take as long as they take. Please do not book movers, flights or time off work on the strength of a date shown here without talking to us first.

Where a checklist item is marked as still needed, that reflects what our records show. If you have already sent something and it still appears as outstanding, tell us — it does not mean the document was lost.

Availability

We try to keep the site available but do not promise it will be. If it is down, email or phone us as you always could — nothing about your shipment depends on this website working.

Ending access

Access ends when your shipment file is closed. We may also end it sooner if the site is being misused. Your documents stay in your file — see the privacy notice.

Liability

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our responsibility for your move is set out in your service agreement, and these terms do not add to or reduce it.

Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the courts of Jerusalem have exclusive jurisdiction.
